  1. Team Dynamics

    manon duludeThis tool provides a measure of your team’s unique strengths and opportunities by focusing on five key fundamentals for team effectiveness.  This begins with assessing trust amongst team members by evaluating openness, spontaneity and ability to engage in unfiltered discussions.  It evaluates team members’ tolerance level to embrace conflict and explore divergent opinions in a passionate, safe and constructive manner so that they will produce the best possible solution.  This tool determines the level of commitment within a team and its ability to come to buy-in decisions and leave conversations clear on deliverables and expectations. This tool defines the team members’ ability to hold one another accountable as they discuss productivity and performance. Finally, this assessment tool examines how team members claim credit as a group for its successes and results.

  2. Communication and Behaviour Styles Assessment Tools

    These assessment tools are powerful learning tools useful for increasing understanding of self and others’ communication and behavioural style.  These tools are designed to help you understand how you respond to people and tasks.  The analysis provided facilitates self-awareness, helps you to strengthen relationships, increase your credibility, develop teams, build trust, improve persuasive communication, and lead effectively.  Becoming Style conscious and sensitive will assist you in better reaching your audience!

  3. Conflict Style Tool

    Available to individuals and teams, this tool assesses one’s natural tendencies when engaged in conflict.  Completing this assessment tool combined with a follow- up debriefing process with your coach, assists you in discovering your areas of development to increase your effectiveness during difficult conversations. Working with your coach, you will learn when your preferred conflict resolution style is most appropriate. Becoming aware of various strategies to manage conflict will dramatically enhance your ability to address the issue at hand and protect your relationships. You will explore how to enter into conversations where the stakes and emotions are high. This leads to acquiring the skills needed for effective collaboration.

  4. Emotional Intelligence

    Emotional intelligence measures one’s ability to: know their emotions, manage their emotions, recognize and tolerate emotions in others, and demonstrate empathy. This is the foundation to interpersonal effectiveness in personal and professional relationships.  Lapses in emotional skills can be remedied. The brain is remarkably elastic and constantly learning. This assessment tool measures the domains mentioned above and identifies how your emotions influence your responses.  Emotional intelligence also fuels competencies such as flexibility, tolerance, and remaining effective under challenging circumstances. Leaders of all levels benefit from fully understanding their emotional reactions and improving their habits and responses.
